During the interview Rudy was confident and assured us that he would take care of us. We really could not have asked for a better realtor. He got more money for our home than we were expecting. He handled all of our needs and found contractors to do the things we didn't have time to do because of our move. Rudy works hard and it is very obvious that he is great at what he does. He did well on educating us on the home buying process; being that this was our first experience in purchasing a home. Abel was prompt on getting us the info that we and helping us on the way. He really touched base on getting what we needed in a home and was great at bargaining with the home seller with our needs. ZillowVERIFIEDRudy was recommended to me by my loan officer who is also incredible (Mark Harris mid America mortgage ) and being as picking and hot headed as I am I thought Rudy didn't stand a chance . To my surprise Rudy stepped up to the plate took me on and made my life as simple as life can be when ur buying and selling all at the same time . He did his home work and had full asking price in under 8 min of hitting the market.That has to be some kinda of record !!!!! Well then we started looking for a forever home for my family and I told him what I wanted and expected and within about a week we made an offer on my dream home and are closing 6-2-15 . I think this is amazing 33 days from start to finish what more can you ask for in an agent not much in my book great job Rudy wishing you the best in your career as I see the sky is the limit GREAT JOB RUDY !!!!!!!!
