Just by talking to Rudy over the phone on our first interview, it gave us a sense of trust and security. The way he explained the process of selling our house was the way everything worked out.He was always responsive to our questions and provided a comprehensive explanation of changes that took place during the process. Our house was sold in just 3 days, and to circle back to my initial statement, that trust and security that we felt after the initial interview with Rudy was demonstrated throughout the process and until the day we did the closing on the sale of our home.On the flip side, Rudy was also representing us on buying our new home, and he provided listings to properties that only fit our request, so that saves us a lot of time by going to see houses that he knew we would be interested on viewing. Again he was always on time and provided detail information ahead of time. In addition he provide referrals to people that work and maintain high standards just as Rudy does.In overall, the experience of selling and buying a home simultaneously was painless and smooth and that thanks to Rudy.
