ZillowVERIFIED From the outset, Royal set himself apart by showing a willingness and drive to really understand and get at our houses true value. Where all the other agents we spoke with took the easy way out in terms of only looking at recent home sales/listings within a few blocks of our house to determine their suggested listing prices, Royal understood those houses were not comparable to our house (on multiple levels) and set about finding true comparable houses. Royal also understood the market factors at play that caused the close proximity houses to be undervalued, and how those factors were changing, so no longer should be applied to our house. Royal did his homework, found truly comparable houses, did a comprehensive market analysis, and arrived at a suggested listing price that we felt good about and understood and agreed with how it was calculated. In the end, due to Royals hard work and diligence, we sold our house for significantly more than the other agents were suggesting we even list the house.This is only one example of how Royal goes above and beyond in working with you to help you achieve your goals. He doesnt take the easy way out, he works hard and does whats needed in each situation. Hes incredibly responsive, hell explain anything and everything about the process, hell talk through multiple scenarios until you are comfortable with the decision, and he NEVER tries to push any agenda other than yours and what you want. The appraisal came in lower than the purchase price (due to a neighbor under financial crisis selling their home way under market value), the buyer purchased a new car days to closing, etc. Royal helped us re-negotiate above the appraisal value and worked diligently with the lender to close on time. Weve worked with other realtors but Royal is steps above. He will be with you every step of the way and he will go over and above no matter how big or small (always very professional) to help you sell your property. I cant recommend Royal enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Royal is one of the BEST agents you will find in Chicagoland area. He is truly professional and has outstanding negotiation skills. I called him in first week of January. Gave him basic information what I wanted and told him that I need to move by Feb end. If I cannot find a place in 15 days, I will be renting. He sent me a few places to look at and over the first weekend we saw a few. He got a better idea on what we wanted. He sent us a few more places to look at and in the second tour we really liked a place.The place was priced a little higher what we were willing to pay and what the comparables were. Royal did an outstanding job in doing the market research. He told us exactly what the market conditions are, what price similar properties sold for and where we should start the offer at.Without going into details, he was able to get us the place at the price we wanted. He even talked to seller agent a couple of times before the offer was accepted and got our message through. We were able to close the negotion in about 7-10 days. Once the offer was accepted he did everything for us. I had a very busy office schedule so I trusted him for attorney, Home inspection etc. He even got our HVAC inspection since it was unclear after the home inspection if there was a problem or not. Long story short, if you are still deciding on the agent or what place you want, then stop everything and contact Royal. You will not find a more professional agent.

When I had to do the inevitable of lowering my asking price multiple times in order to attract more buyers, he was willing to go above and beyond by reducing his own commission in order to lessen the financial blow Im taking on the property.
