If she was not available, she sent a team member who was knowledgeable in real estate and trying to help me in what I was looking for. I was having problems with the septic company in doing their inspection and Roxann stepped in and talk to the septic company and made sure they would fulfill there promise to do the inspection in a timely manner. She also helped out in talking to my loan officer ro make sure they had everything they needed to finalize the loan. She always was there when I called and needed to ask questions. Overall, Roxann is very knowledgeable in her job and will go the extra mile to make sure her client is informed of every situiation that comes up. I will recommend Roxann when I hear someone looking for an agent to buy/sell/rent a house.

She would always find any answers for us and return texts and calls very quickly. During the process of building we had a number of inspections and meetings.
