ZillowVERIFIED Roxana exceeded every expectation. Her local market knowledge helped us to price the unit correctly in a challenging market. We sold at full price in about two weeks. The real benefit was her assistance in an incredibly difficult situation. The unit, which was vacant, was flooded by a failure of the icemaker line about 10 days before closing. I am not based locally. But using her local expertise and resources, we were able to get the unit dried out, floors fully replaced, and repainted, to the point where it was in better condition than before the flood without delaying the close. (repair costs were covered by insurance) The buyer was aware of the situation and was very happy with how it was handled. And of course, as sellers we could not have been more grateful. Any realtor can sell a house in a good market. But when you face a difficult market and a flood, that's when you see the difference between an average agent and a great agent.

Outstanding professional, committed, honest but at the same time very charismatic and resourceful. Her advice is always on point and reflects a lot of experience. In reality, finding our house was a challenge for everyone because the crazy market has been different... it was frustrating to get our offers rejected because non-floridian and foreign buyers offered much more than the asking price. We put our house on the market during a rather slow time of the year (the week after the new school year started). Roxanas sold our house in a short period of time. She did her homework and got us a very nice deal on the home. Roxana made the entire process as painless as it could possibly be. When we were ready to purchase Roxana showed us many houses and did her due diligence on every house, she let us know what was going in the area and if there were known issues regarding the homes themselves. Ever since then we have only used Roxana We bought our first home in FL with her, sold it with her, and the purchased a condo in Broward with Roxana. Roxy showed us plenty of properties with in a 3 month period and was always available. She never once tried to rush us in to making a decision on buying which we found rare, being from NY. As a matter of fact she would inform us if the communities were good or bad for reselling, and would also inform us if she thought a home was over priced. Roxy was a great help in walking us through the contract negotiations and closing. We were skeptical being from up north where we use attorneys to handle everything. But Roxy was all that and some.
