What can I say? Just hire Ross! If you want someone who understands how to price a home for sale, how to make your home the most appealing it can be, when to hit the market, and what offer is truly the best offer, then get Ross and his team on your side. His years in the business means he has every connection you are going to need from painters, general contractors, stagers, etc. His genial personality has allowed him to make many friendships in the industry so that he is likely to know a lot about your buyer's agent, their lender, their escrow company, and even their inspectors, making it easier to get a solid offer and smooth closing. I'm actually going to miss my daily chats with Ross! There are always some stressful moments in selling a beloved home, but Ross is always calm and ready to get you though the rough patch with professionalism, and a bit of humor. He made the experience of selling my parents' home so much easier than I thought it would be, and quite frankly, he made it a lot of fun. We bought our condo with Ross as our buyer's agent some years ago, and he made that deal work even though we were living in another country when we saw the house online and needed to coordinate over a 9 hour time zone change. I'm only sorry I don't have any more real estate transactions in my near future that I can call him in on. But I'm happy to recommend him without any reservations to anyone looking for a great home selling (or buying!) experience.
