It took me a few months to get the house ready to sell. The team helped with scheduling a pre-inspection an electrical panel upgrade, a handyman, junk removal service, staging and photography. The stager, Lisa, did a great job! So did the photographer. People I know commented about the great photography work. Once the house was on the market, there were two offers within 2 days! The house price was sold much higher than I expected! Last year, I was thinking to sell the property because I moved out of state and Feds started raising rate. I reached out to Rosie?s team and Karen reached out to me and scheduled the meeting the next morning. When we met, she was fully prepared and showed me the analysis. I was so impressed at that time. I decided not sell the property since I was so nervous about the market. I rented the property for a year. This year, my tenants bought a house so they moved out early. I reached out to Karen again asking her opinion of selling the property. She replied immediately and walked me though the process. She was able to list my property in a week! Liz and Stephanie in the team helped to get the paperwork done, scheduled the appointment with photographer and stager, also walked me through the seller disclosure. Review Melissa from Rosie Rourke Team was our agent and worked with us starting in July 2022 until we sold our house in early March 2023. She was a gem at guiding us through gettng the house ready. Melissa provided us with recommendations (carpet installer, moving agent, inspector, hauling away, etc.) We found every recommendation was a professional that exceeded our expectations and it saved us time trying to find the service ourselves. When our daughter was in an auto accident Melissa was with us and helped us work around showings (thanks for that Melissa). We were downsizing and Melissa gave us a contact for Ukaranie refugees and they hauled away and put to good use an upright piano and many other items we were not taking with us. That saved us $1400 dollars in haul-away fees. I could go on and on but I would highly recommend Melissa and the team to anyone considering a move. Start when you are thinking of moving and she and her team will get you off on the right foot to make you move easier than trying to do it yourself.

Review I contacted the Rosie Rourke agency as a ?first interview? of agents. Karen came to my home fully prepared and there to answer all my questions and meet my needs. She listened to me intently and found out that I had a very bad experience with the agent in my last home sale.
