She took us on several tours to understand the state of the market and pricing expectations. She is very well-versed in the market we were looking at, which was in the higher-priced brackets. She typically is asked to look at all high-end listings in town so she understands the properties and the sellers even if she is not representing them as sellers. I was very satisfied with her service and would certainly use her again as a buyer or a seller. In this day of the internet, it is easy to find pictures and properties you like. ZillowVERIFIED I doubt many people have bought a home site unseen when moving cross country. This is exactly what we did. I was pregnant with our second child and also tending to an 18 month old. It was impossible for me to fly from CA to MA. Through phone calls, emails and the internet, Rosemary made this purchase a breeze. We even negotiated the finishing of our basement inclusive of plans from afar. When we loved in two months later everything was smooth, the basement was finished and the transition was easy.
