I was referred to Rosanne via a friend and lets just say the experience was more than I could have hope for. I moved to GA a few years back and knew very little on navigating various areas and/or the processes for buying and selling homes in the state of GA. I knew what I was looking for and had an idea of where I wanted to be (not far from my apartment at the time) however knew little else of the surrounding areas. I was VERY selective with what I wanted and was determined that I needed everything on my list and was going to get it within a specific budget. I told Rosanne the things I wanted and without hesitation she began to find me places to look at, we went from house to house, area to area. She didn't once complain, in fact she took to all my likes and dislikes and seemed to pay attention without me having to continually say. She was able to provide me with some insight to the areas I was looking in, statistics on crime and schools, she explained the HOA process, escrow, loan (I was very new to this) process and walked me through every question I had. If she didn't know she found out for me! Another thing that I really appreciated was her willingness to work with my crazy work schedule, working 10-12 hours days there were nights it would be after 8pm before I could respond and she didn't hesitate to respond. I have heard my share of horror stories with real estate but I must say the entire process from start to finish was enjoyable. She even followed up with me after the purchase to ensure things were going well, she was professional and respectable, a great personality to be around. I would, and have highly recommended her to others. Anytime! Thanks again Rosanne!
