ZillowVERIFIEDRory is the mother rucking BOSS. Sorry guys, I'm keeping this PG for Rory! Before we had decided to actually pursue buying a home or had our pre-approval letter, we met Rory. He was quick to answer our questions, and was more than willing to give us time to think and look around at other agents. Honestly, we really didnt bother looking at any other agents. My wife was set on Rory before we began our search, and she was right. Throughout the entire process, Rory never once tried to push us into a house, nor tried to rush us. He assured us that if it took us a year to find the perfect house, he would support us the whole journey. He was always 100% honest and open with his opinions. There was one point where we went to look at a house and he actually turned and said aEURoethis house isnt worth anywhere near what theyre asking. This is crap.aEUR? He was 100% right. Once we found a home, I swear, Rory was like a pitbull. He was extremely protective of our interests and constantly keeping on the sellers agent, and the loan teams to keep things moving along for us. Whenever we had an issue, and trust me, we had a few, Rory was quick to jump in head first through the wailing and gnashing of teeth to intervene and find a solution. Whenever we had doubts, or a problem with a part of the lending team, he was right there to ninja kick things back into motion. He was a complete blessing throughout this process and I dont believe any other agent out there cares as deeply for their clients as Rory does. He still checks on us even after we purchased the home. Thats right, I said HOME. Rory didnt help us find some random house, Rory found us our very first HOME. If youre looking for someone who will fight for you and make sure you end up with what you want and need, you need to call Rory Pitts; the most caffeinated real estate agent. We love you Rory. You truly touched our lives! Oh, and your FB Live videos are awesome!

We were picky on what we wanted but he listened to every item on our check list and worked hard and never made it seem like he was bothered by it. Over all as a First time homebuyer I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. And on my next home I would love to work with Rory again.

ZillowVERIFIED After 40 years on the same home, we decided it was time to move to something easier to live in and take care of. Rory was patient with us during the previewing process. He was prompt with responses to questions and requests regarding properties. He helped us through what turned out to be a very difficult process due to our poor choice of a lender. He was in constant contact with the seller's agent as we worked through the process. We were able to get through the process and in the end became friends as well. He worked hard to make it all happen.

ZillowVERIFIED Rory is the real deal. He is knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly warm and caring. Not only did he only show us homes that met our criteria and were all within our price range, he also never pressured us into anything. He struck the perfect balance between guiding us and letting us figure out what was best for us, sort of like a good server at a restaurant. He also went out of his way to help us with our move, including showing up to help us load our moving truck, AND meeting us on the other end to unload at our new house. How many agents do that?
