I put work into it, and I learned from the contractors I hired to do the heavy lifting. I was encouraged by the positive responses I got for my hard work from family, friends and neighbors. Since then, I've taken on more "fixer uppers," and I have learned which investments pay off and how to find trustworthy contractors who bring value to the projects. As a Realtor, I act as a home advisor to my clients, sharing my home-improvement knowledge with them. For buyers, that means I am happy to advise you on which projects will provide you with a good return on investment, and I can steer you toward the area's best contractors. For sellers, that means I can help you make inexpensive, worthwhile changes that will make your home more attractive to buyers. With my clients, I go beyond the simple acts of buying and selling. I share my expertise. I know the market. I can help find homes that fit within your needs and your budget. I can counsel you on improving your home. Before, during and after the sale, I serve as a resource for my clients. Too many real estate agents are salespeople. I pride myself on being a trusted advisor. More about Ron I have lived my entire life in the DC-metro area, born and raised in Mount Vernon. After my father retired from his military career, my family settled in Alexandria. Before earning my real estate license in 2010, I worked as a project manager for an armoring vehicle builder in northern Virginia, helping to manufacture SWAT trucks for police and armored luxury limousine for the extremely wealthy.

In a word aEURoeOutstandingaEUR?. Selling our townhouse was an important decision for us and choosing a real estate agent that could get the job done was of utmost importance. Ron Leffler Real Estate accomplished that goal. His expertise probably saved us from making decisions that could have resulted in less than optimal sale pricing. Ron kept us up to date on all the progress during the renovations that occurred as well. Major renovations and small details were all attended to. Ron is a spectacular Real Estate professional. Both my husband and I have purchased and sold homes previously and had some very good realtors but none reached the level of Ron Lefler. Ron gave excellent advice on pricing, based on his very thorough and current market analysis and he was spot on. He helped us prepare the house for showing and when we needed help loading a Container he suggested a company that was great. Finally, knowing that the pictures to be posted would be extremely important he made sure that the house was staged properly with our own items. Finally, unlike other realtors, he insured that we understood every part of the extensive paperwork that is part of the process. Whether you and buying selling or both - he is definitely the person you should turn to.

Had nothing short of an outstanding experience with Ron. Prior to choosing him, I had met/interviewed a handful of realtors. All did the predictable walk around and need to do this with sporadic follow up. I am single and needed more help than that but none seem to grasp that until I met Ron. I decided to Google and was certainly glad I chose him!When he first came to meet me, he had flashlight in hand and spent 2 hours walking through my home and explaining things that would help increase the value of my home without having to invest a tremendous amount of money. Even offered financial options, as well. Once I made my decision to go with Ron, he rolled up his sleeves and went to work. Everything from finding affordable appliances that needed replacing to cleaning out my yard before showing, Ron was there.Ended up accepting an offer above asking price 4 days after home went on the market. Certainly could not have done this all without Rons professionalism and support! He is a thoughtful, intelligent and overall excellent realtor. I would without hesitation recommend him to anyone whether a seller or buyer. You wont be disappointed.
