ZillowVERIFIED RON IS AMAZING!!! Definitely one of the best! He guided us step by step through prepping our house for sale, put our house on the market and had a near full-price offer within FIVE DAYS! The offer ended up falling through (on the buyer's side, nothing to do with us or Ron) and I was in a panic. No worries. Ron had our house back up and somehow got an even better offer in less than 48 hours! Amazing! Not only did he sell our old house, he referred us to another amazing agent (in another state) who got us our new house. Ron is beyond professional, really takes his work serious, but most of all we now consider him a great friend and are truly grateful for all he has done for us. I absolutely recommend him!

I sent it through Trulia, but the body of the email thanked me for contacting him through Zillow. Seemed like a "robot" response.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were very fortunate to have met Ron. We had a very difficult time with a previous realtor who did pretty much refused to help us put a bid on a foreclosure house, making a lot of excuses because it the process was through an online bidding site. Ron was the total opposite of the experience we had with our first realtor. He was very knowledgeable of the housing market, had great feedback and opinions about the houses we were looking, and very patient, which I believe is one of the most important traits someone in this industry should have in order to help people find the right home. We were eager to find a home, had a tight deadline to do so but did not want to be rushed into buying a home. Ron was very relaxed and understanding all the time. It was also great that he would make time for us at late hours and weekends. He will always try to accommodate his schedule to yours. He would have us park our car and drive us around in his truck, which was pretty ideal considering we once has to go out and look at houses under a heavy snowstorm and our sedan would not be able to move us around. I would definitely recommend him to anyone trying to buy a house, specially a first time home buyer like us. You will not regret this choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Ron was amazing! I emailed him the first time at 10pm and he replied in seconds, had us set with a broker and ready to look for homes in less then 24 hours!!! We went looking at 9am 2 days later and he drove around with us all day to every home we wanted to look at and had us under contract in a matter of days then got us closed in 30 days! With a VA loan that's quite a feat! I've recommended Ron to 3 of my friends all of who have bought from him and are just as happy! Highly highly highly recommend Ron to anyone looking to buy or sell!
