ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Roger since 2006. His name was provided to us by USAA. We were lucky. We value honesty and integrity and Roger demonstrated those traits over and over again. He is totally focussed on the clients needs and getting them met. He helped us to negotiate a really hot market where we couldn't compete and encouraged us to rent. He then helped us to buy a house a few years later and then to sell it thirteen years later. He assesses the market and then comes up with a plan that helps the client to negotiate that market successfully. He's good at keeping the client focussed on the specifics that they are looking for and avoiding sparkly distractions. He is also an excellent resource for all kinds of contractors for prepping a house for sale or fixing up a new house. Finally, he went to a lot of trouble to connect us with an excellent realtor after we left the Seattle area. He listens and doesn't push his own agenda. He took care of all the details, kept us on task and got the job done. He became a friend and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

When it came time to sell my condo in downtown Bellevue, there was no hesitation as to who would help me through the process. It had to be "Rog"! I knew it was going to be a great experience, but I soon discovered it was an exquisite experience. "Rog," helped clear out the condo and prep it for staging. A few items I planned to get rid of, "Rog" offered to personally deliver to a charity. As for the staging and minor repair tasks, again "Rog" stepped in with his team and handled everything in lightening speed to perfection! The end result was a sale that from start-to-finish happened with the precision of Swiss watch, a cash offer for $61k over the asking price, and the whole affair wrapped-up in under a month! Roger not only became our realtor, but also my personal city tour guide. ZillowVERIFIED Our house sale closed today. From the start of the process we always felt that Roger had our best interests in mind. He suggested improvements to the house interior and the outside to increase curb appeal and spark buyer interest. We followed all of his suggestions. Roger correctly assessed the real estate market for our house and proposed a marketing and sales strategy to encourage multiple competing bids to drive up the final sale price. When we signed the listing papers, I had wanted to increase the listing price but went along with Roger's lower listing price. Roger's strategy worked!! We received 6 competing bids! All of the bidders conducted their own pre-inspections. We ended up selling the house for 15% above the listing price (and above my own initial desired listing price). Better still -- there were zero contingencies on the sale. No "fix this or that". No "We're deducting $5000 for this or that". It was a totally clean contract. The increased sale price more than paid for our improvement expenses. We've sold several houses over the years and this sale has been the most satisfying transaction. Roger intelligently set up the situation that produced the highest possible sale price with zero contingencies. (He even helped me load a truck with garbage so that I could take to the dump.) If we had another house to sell we would definitely choose Roger again.
