ZillowVERIFIED I happened upon Roger when I was starting my home buying process and I am very glad I did. Roger made this whole process easier and stuck with me even when I know I was a headache. He always made sure he was free at 3:30 to go look at houses I had found that morning or the evening before. With the market the way it is he was very fast making appointments to look at houses and writing up offers to put down on them. He was extremely honest about pointing out spots he saw in the house that would become a problem, if they weren't already. He was never pushy, even though I passed on some good homes for silly reasons. I would definitely recommend Roger to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Roger Long was recommended to me by a woman I worked with. I sold my house and bought my new one with him. He kept me informed every step of the way, answering all my questions no matter how trivial. He went above and beyond for me, and he treated me like one of his family. My home was selling as a result of a divorce. He was able to handle that delicate situation and sell my house for more than it was listed. He worked hard to get me in my new home under list price. Overall, I was very pleased with Roger, and I recommend him to anyone who may be buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Roger through an online search and we feel very lucky to have done so! He showed us houses for a month or so, and we were able to find our dream home very quickly. Roger worked well with our time availability and was able to show us new homes on the market quickly. He knew trusted professionals that were able to paint and replace flooring on the home (which went smooth and was a good value). The closing went smooth and there were no surprises. We have zero complaints and recommend Roger to anyone looking for a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED We had been away from the KC area for 38 years. He worked day and night and weekends to find us the perfect house. Knowing the area had changed he would help us get around with out getting stuck in traffic. It always seemed like he was one step ahead of us whenever we needed paperwork done or info on a house. He treated us like he had know us all is life and wanted to make sure we got into our forever home.

ZillowVERIFIED Our family is so grateful to have found Roger Long. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient with our family needs and wants for the first time home purchase. Roger was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Roger was that he was always more focused on answering our questions and giving us good advice than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Roger was amazing! Initially, he listened to us to get to know us and understand what we were seeking. He was attentive, flexible and unflappable! I was stressed to the max and he was cool and calming. I truly felt a sense of relief while working with him. As I got to know him, I realized that he knows his business and we would be protected, as buyers, under his realtor wings! I just wish I had known about him before I contracted with a different realtor to sell my existing home. He would have had that side of the transaction, as well. I would 5 star recommend Roger to anyone seeking a realtor. Tracy Stokes

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I were finally able to begin our house hunting experience as first time home buyers and we were not sure where to begin. We first met Roger when we inquired of house on Zillow Friday, 7/3/15 right before Fourth of July weekend. Two relators responded that they would get with us sometime next week to see the house. Not long after that Roger emailed us and easily set up a time with us that Sunday 7/5/15! Although we did not end up with that particular house, as of 9/10/15 we finally closed on a house that we are now calling home. Our experience was very eventful but we are very fortunate to have worked with Roger, here's why:- Roger is very professional, personable, friendly, and honest.- He has fluent expertise in buying and selling houses and is reliable with executing his profession proficiently. - He has experience with building houses and is very knowledgeable with what a quality home entails, (great for first time buyers). - Roger was VERY flexible with meeting us at all houses we wanted to look at and always came prepared with the house information and background.- When we wanted to make an offer (we did 3 times), Roger helped us be efficient in getting a contract out quickly and was great with helping us understand what makes a effective offer for the buyer and seller. My family and I enjoyed Roger and it really was a pleasure working with him. We will do so again if/when we decide to buy/sell. If your a first time home buyer or housing expert, Roger Long is a valuable asset to have in the vast housing market. Truly, we HIGHLY recommend.- The Osborn's

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Roger long to everyone. He is honest, helpful, down to earth, and easy to talk to. He works his hardest to find the perfect home that fits your families needs. I have a son who is wheelchair bound which is a factor is looking for a home for my family. I told roger what I needed in a home and he worked his hardest to find our home for us. He also didn't make me feel different since I have a hard time understanding alot of things, I tend to ask the same question a billion times before it clicks. Roger would answer each question and he made sure I understood everything before signing/agreeing to anything. He was always there to answer emails, texts, and even when I called he was there. He isn't one of those pushy realtors that make you feel pressured to settle. Again I would recommend him to everyone.
