ZillowVERIFIEDUnfortunately we did not have a great experience, we wanted someone who spoke Spanish to make the process easier but Rogelia was very unprofessional, unresponsive to texts/calls and lacks overall customer service skills, patience and real estate knowledge and skills. Would not recommend to anyone especially to first time buyers which thankfully we where not and could at least use our own knowledge and daughters support to help us get through this home buying process. The agency also charges a pretty steep fee for their services which they basically didnt provide we had to do most of our own work or be on top of Rogelia to get answer to questions/concerns we had about the buying process. Perhaps she needs more experience and support from her supervisor not sure but we definitely DO NOT recommend!
