Robyn is an amazing agent. Every time property showed up she would email me and let me know. When I saw something I liked and asked for documents she always had them to me the same day. She always responded to my emails even when I emailed her after hours. She has always been available to answer any questions I may have. If I wanted to take a look at a piece of property she always went out and walked thru the property with me. She has even helped me with understanding what I need to do to get started on building my home. She has even sent me references to use. Even though we have closed on my land she told me that I can still reach out to her with any questions I may have when I get ready to build.

Robyn Miller is a very personable and professional relator. She is honest and also will let you know when tasks need to be completed and why. My wife and I firmly believe Robyn made the task of selling a home with a tremendous amount of memories more comfortable than it could have been. Robyns the best! She helped my brother buy a home last year, impressed my Dad with her diligence and work ethic so much that he acquired her to list and sell his house. Flashforward six months later, and they both referred her, stating shes the best. Best. Decision. Ever. Robyn made my first home buying experience so positive and memorable, despite being in the middle of Covid. Im so grateful and appreciative of how she went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Shes very responsive, only showed me houses within my budget and never upsold outside of it, gave amazing recommendations, and answered every single question with complete honesty. Robyn went out of her way to work with the homeowner, listing agent, property management, and the renter living in the home. She acquired all the answers to all the questions. During the contract and closing process, she was positive, reassuring, gave real-time updates, and fought tooth and nail for my needs and wishes to be met. She was hands-on with every single step of the process, kept it real and down to Earth, and I cannot express how much I appreciated and was impressed by that. Robyn approached us several months ago regarding a commercial property that we owned in the Morgan Lofts building. Many other agents had tried over the past few years to sell this property, and they were unsuccessful. The property was not listed at the time that Robyn approached us with a possible interested buyer. The buyer turned out to not want the property, but Robyn continued to market this unfinished basement unit. Within two moths she had it sold for full asking price. This property was hardly worth the work and effort Robyn put into selling it. She treated this sale as if we were clients selling a million dollar property, not a property that would generate very little commission. We cannot say enough about her friendly and professional disposition. We had another large property on the Spokane River, that we had unfortunately promised to another agent. After four prime selling months this agent had not been able to sell the property, and we listed it with Robyn right at the end of the summer season. Robyn sold this $650, 000.00 property within three days of listing it. Her continuous communication, feedback, knowledgable advice, professionalism and friendly manner made it a pleasure to work with her. It was a complex sale; she had to assist with managing a number of items at the property, preparing it for inspection with our handy man, as we had moved out of town already prior to closing. Robyn collected mail, put out the garbage, she went above and beyond what anyone would typicaly expect of a realtor. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Robyn as a real estate agent to anyone.
