ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Robyn and her team (especially Jill) enough! They provided a turnkey service that took much of the stress of preparing our home for listing off our shoulders. They know exactly what needs to be done, and they take care of it with an eye to managing costs. They have a portfolio of contractors that can help on an expedited basis, when other contractors are out weeks. Robyn knows the market and will tell you the truth, not just what you want to hear. Lastly, Robyn is a pleasure to work with. She and her team do a great job of communicating as the transaction progresses and they are super reliable in doing what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Robyn and her team are a complete package!
