ZillowVERIFIEDDuring this time, the housing market is so fast paced and competitive, that navigating it on ones own can be daunting. With Robins help, she made my home buying process simple and stress free. Robin is brilliant, hardworking, professional, and ethical. Her knowledge and expertise is clearly evident and her negotiating skills are one of a kind. As an added bonus, her staff is simply the best. They are always on hand to answer questions and provide guidance. Most importantly, Robin gets the job done. She found my dream home within my budget during a pandemic. Theres no greater example of excellence than that. If youre thinking about buying or selling your home, Robin McCary must be the only realtor you call.

ZillowVERIFIED My 2 BR/2bath condo recently sold over asking after being on the market for less than a week. Within 48 hours of the only open house we needed, Robin was able to forward to me eight offers, six over above the asking price. The reason for such success is simple: Robin's professionalism, hard work, knowledge of the market and her incredible dedication to me as her client. Her help and expertise wasn't limited to getting the property listed and sold; it needed an extensive remodeling and Robin did an amazing job as an interior designer and decorator. The remodel would never have been as attractive to potential buyers without Robin's extensive knowledge of what they wanted to buy. Her help from the day construction started to the day the stagers showed was absolutely invaluable. I have sold other real estate so I can say without reservation; Robin is the very best real estate profession I have ever met. Her expertise and passion for getting the best deal possible was obvious from the day I met her until the day she texted me to say escrow closed. So I couldn't have been more pleased to have her as my agent and a huge part of why I got the deal I did.

ZillowVERIFIED When I took on the task of selling my Burbank home, I did my research!I looked into every option, read countless reviews, watched for months what & how agents were selling etc., finally interviewed 5 Real Estate agents and after all that I picked Robin McCrary. You know how you feel when the choice is clear? Thats how I felt even though it made friends angry for not taking their recommendations. What really made Robin stand out is she listened! Her knowledge of Burbank Real Estate is exceptional because she lives and works in Burbank. I felt like my little house was as important as the mansions she sells. Awesome marketing tools! Hands onaEUR|helpful and straight-forward. Saturday and Sunday she held an open house for us and Sunday night we had our first bid! Multiple bids and by the following weekend our house was sold. We got over list and Robin made it our easiest and most successful sale to date. I loved working with her and now I call her my friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Robin's knowledge of the market and savvy mind for negotiating got us our dream house at a fair price. Her team is an extremely hands on and service oriented group. Working with Robin made the process easy and painless, we've guided through every step. We've also thrown some curveballs at her and they've been nothing but professional. Everyone in the business seems to know her (in a good way) on some level. Thank you Robin, for everything! We're so happy with the outcomes.

ZillowVERIFIED We would highly recommend Robin. She is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market, works very hard and diligently and is a delight to know. She was able to sell our home and it was the highest price paid for a home in Burbank ever. We are grateful for her expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED We had tried to sell our house years before, and the agent at the time didn't know how to sell a house with a pretty high HOA dues. Robin not only knew how to sell it, she made them want to live in the community. She is just great, and fun to be around too.

ZillowVERIFIED Hollywood, Santa Clarita, Lancaster, not to mention all of the places that I went looking at property aEUR" if you can reach it by car in Southern California, Robin is most likely willing to help you!A more aggressive and energetic realtor you will not find!! Robin is by far the most attentive (listened to my requirements) knowledgeable (knew how to find what I was looking for) and skilled negotiator (got me the price I was expectingaEUR|or clearly explained why I wouldnt) that I have dealt with to date. If an issue arose, all I needed to do was simply bring it to her attention to get it resolved (and yes, there were a few...no one's perfect).I have recently (since July 2014) worked with Robin to sell our family home in Hollywood, find my new home in Santa Clarita, and now sell a plot of land in Lancaster. The homes were both cash sales that closed escrow in 14 days, with seller rent backs (something I needed as a seller, and wanted to offer as leverage as a buyer)I would not hesitate to work with Robin again in the future, and have already referred her to 2 other parties.
