We had zero local knowledge and had all three of our little ones with us on our various, sometimes last minute house hunting trips (sometimes only days apart and Robin always accommodated us). From day 1, Robin demonstrated deep expertise of the local housing market (and its clear everyone knows Robin and she is the best in the business), wisdom regarding which areas would be best for a long term investment (given considerations such as commute, safety, quality of build; her listings give her a great feel for where the market is) and confidence in her proven team and search process. Robin drove us (including our kids) all around town and made us feel like family, even though we were from another state and didnt really know anyone. Her husband Eric even packed snacks and drinks in her car for our kids! This gave us the extra energy to view a few more homes each day before heading back to the hotel. He also patiently worked with us while in escrow on all of the key questions a first time buyer would ask coming out of an inspection. He has great contacts for post close home improvement work given the volume of work they do on the listing side. Robin and Eric are truly a fantastic and comprehensive team package. We could go on for hours about how positive our experience was. Go with Robin and dont look back...she makes every client a #1 priority, shes practically a celebrity in the area, her team approach means you wont ever need to look for additional resources in your search, and above all else she is the sweetest person you will ever meet. Five stars is not enough of a rating for everything Robin did for us.

It was a scary time, since I was still recovering from a serious health issue, but Robin promised me she'd make it easy. Once I called her to tell her were interested, she told me, "I know you don't do this everyday, but I do. It's going to be okay." It was more than okay; she and her team (Melissa and Eric) were wonderful. They were responsive, supportive and made sure we had all the information we needed to prepare our old house to sell and help us purchase our new home. Throughout, the entire process I felt like we were definitely in good hands. I can't recommend Robin enough, if you're looking to sell or purchase a home. She also provided me with a list of very qualified vendors. She put my house on the market at the worst time, Thanksgiving.
