Most recently he helped me to sell a home, which first needed some work. After providing all the data necessary to price the home correctly, he help to coordinate pressure washing, landscaping improvements and roof repairs. Robin's willingness to help with these things and his network of providers is an invaluable asset that is often overlooked during the process. With his assistance, the home sold very quickly and within our target price range. Not only does he live and breathe real estate, he knows the St. Augustine market inside and out and is always eager to help. I plan to continue to work with Robin because he brings tremendous value in all areas of Real Estate but what separates him from the rest is that he really cares. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

ZillowVERIFIED Was refereed to Robin from another agent outside of the area. Robin responded promptly and arranged a meeting. We meet at the property on 09/12/18. He had a photographer/video crew on the site by the following Saturday and listed on MLS by the following Monday. I had a cash offer by October 13th and closed on November 7th. I had a tenant occupying the property through October 31st. Robin handled all notifications and questions from the tenant; I had no complaints from the tenant about the process. I have nothing but high regard for Robin and his hard work. Thank you Robin for your great work and results!
