Once the house was under contract, Roberta worked tirelessly to address any requests made by the buyer in a reasonable manner and followed through to see that inspections and contractor work was completed on time and as requested. Since this was a corporate relocation she also managed to serve as an intermediary between my company and the buyer and did so with the utmost tact and efficiency.
