She was able to provide me with a list of projects and suggested vendors and contractors that helped me make sense of what was needed to updating my home and bringing into sales ready condition for the current market, helping me sort out what was worth doing and what was not. She was then able to help me price my home to attract the needed attention to sell it quickly. Following her suggestions paid off with a quick sale at the top end of the range she suggested. This is the second home Roberta has helped me sell, both moved quickly and at top of price range. I would reccomend her to any one selling a home, and especially to those who are not personally knowledgeable about the latest home trends.

Roberta immediately contacted others that had seen the property and revealed my accepted offer. When confronted she tried to lie her way out, not knowing that She contacted someone I knew. I would only recommend Roberta to my worst enemy. I would have to urge you not to be involved with her.I was working with Roberta negotiating a deal on a bank owned property, for several weeks if not months.I believe Roberta revealed information that I had negotiated to others, essentially killing the deal.Roberta Baldwins office/broker later purchase the property and flipped it.Talk about aEURoeBought and SoldaEUR?I would not recommend her to anyone, especially first time buyers/sellers or elderly.

She is very knowledgeable on the area and has many connections with the appropriate contractors to help with repairs, cleaning and preparing a house for sale. She always surprised and impressed me with her awareness of what needed to be done and the urgency in which she acted. She constantly showed her willingness to get things done and communicate quickly on items we needed to address throughout the process. We had to make a number of repairs after our inspection and she was extremely helpful as she operated as if she was a "general contractor" working with the respective sub-contractors always communicating with me as needed.
