But Bob answered all our questions, learned our home and went above and beyond what he said that he would do for us...he was outstanding!!! He is very well spoken and listens to everything people say. Never had to once ask what was going on with our home, he always kept us in the loop. AND he sold our home for more money then what the last agent would even list our home for!!! I would not use any other agent ever again!!!
