Working with Bob was a wonderful!!! No stress what so ever!! Had our home listed with another agent with another company...not a very good experience. But Bob answered all our questions, learned our home and went above and beyond what he said that he would do for us...he was outstanding!!! He is very well spoken and listens to everything people say. Never had to once ask what was going on with our home, he always kept us in the loop. AND he sold our home for more money then what the last agent would even list our home for!!! I would not use any other agent ever again!!!

I was unsure how the process of selling my home was to happen. Bob made each step easy, from knowing what to fix, getting ready for the open house, when inspections needed to get done, negotiations through to the closing.
