ZillowVERIFIEDIt was our pleasure to work with Robert Stumpo and we would do so again. As out-of-town clients, we appreciated his willingness to stop by properties as needed, take videos and photos, and serve as a local liaison. He gave us local insider tips and helped us choose the right locations and condos for us. He was persistent in connecting with the sellers uncommunicative agent and negotiated a rebate from his own fees to correct an issue he didnt cause. He even offered to help keep an eye on our new condo before we move in. Truly above and beyond!

ZillowVERIFIED Robert spent the better part of a year with us trying to find the right house. He kept us informed of changes in the market, new houses that became available or properties that changed price. In a very difficult market with very little inventory, we were always informed as to what was available. He was even able to show us things that he believed were coming available. When it came to deciding on a price, he helped us factor in renovation costs to come to a full price. That kept us from buying something we would ultimately be over our planned budget. When we found the house we ultimately bought, he was very helpful in the negotiation and suggested offer. He was professional during the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED How do I begin to express our gratitude? Its hard to put into words Roberts professionalism, extensive knowledge of real estate, warmth and concern for me and my wife. We had just sold our house in November 2019 and needed to find a New Home. Robert guided us through the process and helped us find a condo to meet our needs. He was a wonderful go-between for us and the owners and always either immediately answered our calls or got back to us quickly. He was extremely hardworking, professional and diligent on our behalf and made an extremely difficult time in history for me and my wife much easier. You couldnt ask for a better agent to represent your interests.

ZillowVERIFIED Robert was amazing and made the entire home buying experience a breeze. When we were having issues finding an attorney and mortgage company, he provided excellent recommendations. He actually opened us up to the location where we purchased. The location ended up being perfect for our family. He listened to everything we wanted (must haves, can live without, areas, layouts desired) and 100% delivered. By the end of the experience, he wasn t Robert Stumpo to us, he was Uncle Bob. Will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. When comparing experiences with realtors with others, Uncle Bob really stands out as providing the best experience, opinions, resources, and he s just simply awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED Robert was and still conti yes to be an amazing broker who ended up becoming a good friend. His attention to detail pre closing, ability to assist in streamlining the due diligence process as well as countless hours spent on showing numerous properties before I found what I liked is unmatched in my experienced. 2 weeks prior to closing there was much communication needed between myself and seller. Robert was onnvscstion but still took time to do his job without any interruptions. Furthermore once I closed robert assisted in helping with the necessary work I needed to upgrade my property with his vast network and experience. I would recommend Robert and describe him as a one stop shop and an honest professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Myself, Wife and Daughter have been looking for a house for quite sometime. Robert Stumpo our Real estate agency was more than any regular real estate agent. (I tried two realtor before him). We can write a review for hours on how happy we where with Bob, but once you read this, you will get the point. Bob is one of the most patient, kind and understanding real estate agent we have ever encountered! He showed us almost 100 homes and was always eager to accommodate our busy schedules. Ultimately Bob found us our perfect dream home! Bob is very knowledgeable, full of great ideas, and an expert in what he does. Although Bob had to work with the Biggest con artists in the business, (the sellers agent). He still were able to close the deal. If you looking for the absolutely perfect realtor Robert Stumpo would be the great and smart choice!

ZillowVERIFIED Bob Stumpo was great to work with. My parents are seniors and can be difficult and nervous, but he made the process so easy, kept them up to date on all of the goings on, and put their minds at ease. The sale went as smoothly as you could want in NY and listing to closing took less than 90 days. I would highly recommend Bob Stumpo as your go-to realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED When all end up well, we are very satisfied. Mr. Stumpo was courteous and professional. He knows his business and knows how to take care of his clients. He got my listing on a Saturday, posted pictures that night and called me to let me know we had a potential buyer coming the next day and was sold...throughout the entire process he kept in contact with me on all updates. He knows his business and I will recommend for sure. Gilberto D.
