Lets get you in touch with a mortgage lender so we can determine what your budget is. If you are purchasing with cash you should be aware that you will not have a lender requiring certain inspections but it is always recommended that you have those inspections. I will assist you through that process. Once we know your budget, home requirements and the location where you want to purchase we are ready to start previewing homes together.
Our goal is to sell your home in the least amount of time for the most amount of money with the least amount of headache. I would recommend that you don't go with the first agent you cross paths with. Take the time to interview agents. You want to ensure that you are getting someone with experience and is in the business full time. Have them fully explain how commissions work and what they believe will make your home more appealing to potential buyers. Ensure that they are going through your home to the fullest so they can be knowledgeable about your home when a buyer makes an inquiry. You don't want someone that is going to simply present you with a high sales price, throw it up on the MLS and wait for a potential appraisal dispute because they did not take the proper steps.

It was then that we decided if there was one thing I knew it was how residential and commercial properties are constructed and selling real estate was my next step.
