ZillowVERIFIEDRobert was very professional and responsive and helped us to find the perfect home. We have been looking for several years due to an anticipated move without knowing the time frame. During that time, he was very helpful and patient and consistently put our needs first. When it came time to purchase a home, he was more interested in advocating for us to find the right home versus finding a home quickly. Great experience, would highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had reached the decision to move into a 55+ community either in Richmond or Williamsburg. We had visited the Colonial Heritage community several times and were drawn to it. Our original intention was for new construction but felt we probably should also consider existing. This is when we went online and reached out to Williamsburg Realty. Within a very short time we were contacted by Robert and set a time and place to meet. From the very beginning Robert has been professional, thorough and extremely helpful. We looked at a number of existing homes but soon realized we wanted new. Robert then represented us with the builder and helped tremendously with the process going above and beyond expectation. We would highly recommend Robert to anyone looking to buy in the Williamsburg market.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were house shopping in a neighborhood with both existing homes and new construction. We were in from out of town and Robert stepped in at the last moment when the realtor we had an appointment with had a family emergency. He showed us existing homes that met our criteria, and when we decided to buy new, he helped us through that process, including standing in for us at the walk through (with us via FaceTime) when we couldn't travel due to Covid restrictions. He's been our advocate ever since. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor in the Williamsburg area to contact Robert.
ZillowVERIFIEDRobert Ramirez is a dedicated professional and works with integrity. He thinks out of the box and was very responsive. We couldn't have wished for a better agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhat a great Realtor to work with. We knew nothing about the area but Robert was very informed and we learned so much from him. We ended up buying a fixer upper and Robert helped us screen and hire contractors. He even met with the contractors for surveys as we were moving from out of the area and couldn't be there. He goes out of his way to give you the very best service. You won't find a better guy to work with!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were new to the state and local area. Robert assistance, after he helped us find the home we wanted, was quick, helpful and was instrumental in saving us considerably at closing.
ZillowVERIFIEDRobert is a very competent realtor. He listened carefully to our description of what we wanted, and he very selectively only showed us houses in our interest range. He has a lot of personality, and he is very funny, which made looking for a house quite enjoyable. We ended up purchasing a house in his neighborhood, and we have since become friends.
ZillowVERIFIEDRobert was there to walk us every step of the process. Relocating from out of state made this invaluable. After closing Robert has assisted with questions and concerns. We would give him 10 stars if possible.
