Bob is by far the best and most experienced agent I have ever dealt with and a pleasure throughout the entire selling process. He worked with me on selling my mothers home in Richland. I am from Los Angeles and we conducted the entire process via, phone, email and texts. The home was built in 1944 and had several major issues that needed repair and construction, i.e. replace roof, abate asbestos and re-insulate, and replace all plumbing. Bob arranged for some very professional contractors to have the work completed and followed up with the progress for me. His prudent and well advised negotiations with the buyers and their agent resulted in us getting a fair but premium price for the home. He is considerate, ie., taking his shoes off when he enters your home. He is compassionate, ie., kind words and understanding, even a hug, regarding the loss of my husband. He is also extremely punctual. The one time he was only 5 minutes late, he was calling me on his cell phone to let me know. He is a team player!!He always said, "we are a team", and we really were. He was unbelievably responsive as well. He called me after every showing, and called and e-mailed me after hours, on weekends, and even while on vacation!! He was very convincing and I was not happy with my current agent so I decided to give him a chance.My husband and I have moved a lot and have worked with several different real estate agents in Washington. He marketed our home very well and it wasn't long until we were getting interested buyers. We were not the easiest people to work with either. But Bob was very patient and he was always available when I needed him. There was one incident where Bob left a family BBQ to go and take care of an issue at my house because I was out of town.
