We knew of him by reputation, but wanted to meet with him face to face. He visited our house, explained the way he operates, and instantly, we knew we were in good hands. He went through our house room by room, made suggestions on making the house more presentable to potential buyers, etc. He brought in his people, who took care of everything professionally, and cost effectively.His photographer was amazing! Bottom line- the day our house went on the market, we had 3 offers, including one well above asking price. House sold-end of story! Five stars is insufficient to describe how happy and fortunate we were to have Robert as our realtor, and how highly we recommend him.

He helped me select and enter into a contract for a house within 24 hours, which was necessary since I was only in town for 3 days. He helped arrange mortgage financing, as well as home owners insurance. He also supervised the home inspection while I was in another state. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Too many people think that the easy thing to do is simply find a realtor and list their home so that they can get a "cheap" or "discounted" rate for the sale of their home. It is if you want to sell fast and for less money than your home is worth.I interviewed several realtors a year before we listed our home, only two followed up, and only one followed up on a regular basis with important and timely information, Robert Marchese. Robert is a true professional that understands the timing and the many factors involved in both getting a quick sale and getting it done for the maximum amount of money for your home. It isn't just listing, showing, having open houses, and that sort of thing. Far from it. It isn't simply market analysis either. What you have to understand is communication between realtors, reputation, the set up and display options of your home that will maximize your dollars, then getting it to appraise, and follow up until the closing is done.. Robert knows all these things and more.In Palm Beach County there is no better realtor than Robert Marchese. There a couple of others that are close, but you will have to interview them and make your own decision. Not all of us are willing to listen to what our realtor has to advise, and I know for a fact that many folks think the realtor is simply a needed hindrance. Good luck with that thinking. A specialist like Robert had the patience to wait, advise me with great wisdom on the timing, which in the end from signing the contract with Robert to sell our home, the entire sale was done within one week, give or take a day or two, for a pre-negtiated price which was the highest ever paid for a home in our community. Is Robert Marchese the very best realtor in Palm Beach County? Yes he is. My wife and I would hire him as our realtor any day, any time, because he is not only honest in sharing what is needed to get you to your monetary goal and timing, he does what it takes to make that happen, plus taking everything as personal as he follows up before you might even consider what needs to be done next. More than professional, Robert Marchese is a sellers best friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob, Was instrumental in bringing about our first sale in a few days of listing for the right price.Unfortunately the buyer had financial problems and the sale fell through. However because of Rob we gave the original sale every opportunity to clear the problems and close. When we put the house back on the market it sold in seven days for more than the first offer. We also had some financial difficulties with this sale but through Robs efforts and persistence finally closed only two weeks late.Rob is the one person you want on your team when selling a property I would hate to think what we would have gone through with some other agent that didn't have the commitment, experience, knowledge and staying power.Take my word for it, this is the guy you want on your side when selling or buying a home.
