ZillowVERIFIED I am beyond impressed with the service provided by my realtor, Robert. He sold my condo in record time and at a top price. He went above and beyond by taking it upon himself to fully clean and stage the property after it was painted and upgraded, saving me thousands of dollars. His efficiency, professionalism, and ethical conduct were outstanding, especially considering the numerous highly valuable personal items I had in the house. I couldnt refer a better realtor. Highly recommend HIM!

ZillowVERIFIED Robert was great, he was very accesible throughout the entire process. He was very patient in answering our many questions and we definitely appreciated the insight he provided. If you are looking for someone who has good industry knowledge and truly tries to find you a home and not just collect a commission then Robert is the realtor for you.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Robert to purchase our new home. I really cant say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of nearly a year). He answered all our questions and explained all aspects of the process clearly and thoroughly. We are experienced home buyers having purchased other properties in other states and countries. However, buying a home in this market is a real challenge and the first time I really felt the agent knew his business. Robert added a huge amount of value as well as making it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him. He is super responsive as if you are his only client! Thanks for helping me!

ZillowVERIFIED Robert helped us with our recent home purchase, the process Was as smooth as can be in this LA market so we asked him to help us sell our other property. We appreciate his punctuality, response time, and relaying of information. He also took his time to explain every step of the process and is easy to talk to.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot thank Robert enough. He really went above and beyond in every way. Robert worked with our family for a year as we searched for the perfect home. I was a first time buyer and I felt so supported! We relied on his excellent knowledge of the entire LA area as he flawlessly guided us through the whole process. He understood that we were looking for a unique property with income potential and showed us so many wonderful options. He worked (and fought when needed!) tirelessly to get us the house of our dreams. We are now set up with an excellent property all thanks to Robert!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Robert was very pleasant. We were looking in the Glendale, La Crescenta, Pasadena, Highland Park, Eagle Rock area. Robert was very knowledgeable about these areas, including which streets are better than others, school districts, etc. When visiting properties, he expertly pointed out subtleties of the house one might not think about at first glance, this was extremely helpful. When we opened Escrow, due to unfortunate timing, we were out of the country, Robert made sure the process continued smoothly with no hiccups. I recommend Robert to any prospective home buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED What a joy to work with Robert. My fiance and I were highly impressed with his dedication to finding us the perfect home. He was always available to us for questions, and was more than willing to put in long hours during the home search process. As first time buyers who were pretty naive to the home buying process, we were thankful that Robert was so experienced and knowledgeable in real estate. Once he found us the home of our dreams, the escrow process was smooth and simple. Highly recommend Robert to anyone!!

ZillowVERIFIED Robert Hernandez is an incredible, hardworking and patient realtor that strives on giving the best customer experience and support. He goes above and beyond for his clients, from dedicating his off days to view a new property listing(even taking video for you if you can't make it), to responding to questions through emails/phone calls in a timely manner. Robert won't stop working till he gets you into the right home for you and your family. My wife and I worked with Robert for almost a year and during that time, he educated us on everything we needed to know in order to purchase the best property with our budget. We felt completely comfortable with him from Day 1 and loved his work ethics. He's very knowledgeable in many cities in the Los Angeles basin and will guide you towards the perfect neighborhood to purchase your home. I'd highly recommend Robert to any of my friends and family! Thanks to Robert and his guidance, we purchased our first home and we're now home owners!

ZillowVERIFIED I listed my house with Robert after having unsuccessfully listing it with another realtor. Immediately Robert shared with me his plan to sell my house for the price I wanted and DID sell my house in a week for more than I originally asked for. He is a knowledgeable, ethical and hard worker. He is the best realtor I have ever come across.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling a home today takes more than just hiring any agent. It takes more than tricks to get a house sold for top dollar. It requires hiring an agent that will dirty with you when it comes to preparing the house for a sale. Robert did just that, he helped us paint the house and stage it. As a result, we received an over asking price offer within four days of being listed in the market!! I completely recommend him as a professional to sell your home!!!

He went out of his way to find what we were looking for in our home and worked his magic in negotiating with the seller that we were the right ones for this place. He was prompt in returning phone calls and emails, and flexible around our schedules. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to find the house of our dreams!!

ZillowVERIFIED Robert Hernandez is a pleasure to work with. He really brings the whole buying experiance to a personal level. I was always impressed with his professionalism in the way he conducted himself, appearance and ability to negotiate. From the start Robert really made me feel incharge and that it was all about my needs. Robert is always prepared and stays steps ahead of the process. When looking at homes he really does his homework with comparatives and other variables. Before looking at a home he already had a plan of approach. In the end Robert got me the home I wanted in a good location for a reasonable price. Thanks Robert
