It’s also important to work with an agent who has a great reputation among other real estate professionals. In this business, relationships matter. When an agent is known for being honest, communicative, and dependable, their name can carry real weight during a transaction.

Preparation is essential if you want to receive the best possible value for your home. Thoughtful details, from simplifying and styling each space to taking care of small improvements, can have a meaningful impact on how buyers respond. I recommend choosing an agent who is hands-on, attentive, and willing to put in the work. I have an eye for design and detail, and I enjoy helping sellers present their homes in the very best light.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors... and many wonderful clients in between. Every client’s needs are different, so I take the time to listen, educate, and guide them through each step of the process.

A recent Lakewood purchase is especially memorable. We were competing against nine other offers, and ours was accepted even though it wasn’t the highest. I made a genuine connection with the listing agent and helped our clients stand out by sending videos of us touring the home. I earned my real estate license after college and began my career in commercial real estate, managing high-rise properties in Los Angeles. Over time, I realized how much I enjoyed touring homes, connecting with people, and helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Whether someone is buying or selling, it is incredibly rewarding to support them through the process and see how happy they are when everything comes together.

My Bachelor of Science in Business has given me a strong foundation in communication, contracts, negotiation, and the many details involved in a real estate transaction. My experience as a teacher also shapes the way I work: I believe in listening carefully, explaining things clearly, and making sure my clients feel informed and supported. My design ability is another valuable part of what I offer. For buyers, I can see the potential in a home and help them imagine possibilities they may not immediately recognize. For sellers, I can simplify, style, and prepare a space while viewing it through a buyer’s eyes. Together, those skills allow me to guide my clients with patience, creativity, and close attention to detail.
