I found Rob after reading great reviews and I was not disappointed. He helped us find our dream home and weeded out homes that didn't fit our list of criteria. We found a home we fell in love with and it was way over the average home in the area, so to trust Rob with this investment was a big deal. His commitment to our satisfaction and continued communication was way above anything we have experienced. This was our 4th home purchase, so we know what to expect but he went beyond that. He was able to keep us on track, in the loop and keep faith that it would all work out even when the seller side was delayed and slow. He recommended future service companies, insurance agents and other local companies. He was very knowledgeable of the area and other homes. Since most of the transition ans searching was done out of state, he was able to make us a breath taking video of the property we were interested in, it felt as if we were there. I planned a last minute trip to see the house and he was able to work us into his schedule with a detailed timeline and was prepared. I am a first time renter on my own completely and he helped ease my anxiety and worries with the reassurance that he and his team are with me every step of the way all I have to do is call. I had nervousness of deadlines (ofcourse anyone if youre as punctual as me youd be crazy about making sure youre on time with everything) he reassured me that communication is key and made me feel like not only am I going to be able to do this on my own but also that he understands life and things will run smoothly. Being of the African American decent, being in new areas let alone meeting new people is a bit nerve wracking but he was completely involved and non judge mental. Anyone should want to do business with Rob, I thank him every chance I get hes heaven sent I will do another review in some months for the skeptics (I get it) I hope this review is trusted, hes awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob sold a property for me that had been a bit of a nightmare for me, prior to using Rob/Howard Hanna. I had bad experiences with a previous Realtor, and property manager. Rob told me his detailed plan and we had an accepted cash offer for listing price within a month. Rob would say we had some luck, but I'm fairly confident his preparation, experience, and diligence had something to do with it as well. I would highly recommend Rob as a realtor. To his credit he doesn't have that used car salesmen personality, instead he's a straight shooter who is knowledgeable and gets the job done. Not pushy and felt like I was always in good hands, kept up to date, and well informed. (And he actually answers his phone). Someone you definitely want on your side.
