Mark was incredible in helping my wife and I purchase our first home in Ladera Ranch. He was patient, professional, knowledgable and there for us every step of the way. Mark has a unique gift of balancing a positive attitude with a rational and realistic perspective, which helped us as we made countless decisions throughout this process. Mark was always willing to drop whatever he was doing to take the time and help us whenever we contacted him, which made it feel like we were getting a premium service from start to finish. We also appreciated Mark's knowledge and feel for the market in terms of pricing and timing. As first time homebuyers we were anxious about these two factors (obviously) but Mark showed throughout the process that he was in tune with and knowledgable about the areas we had located as potential spots for our future home. He did his research before every viewing and it showed. This made us feel much more comfortable and confident knowing we were making the right decision for us and had as much information as possible.

Van has been exordinarily professional, helpful, responsible, and insightful in assisting us buying our first home in California. She is literally one of the nicest persons I've ever met. We stay friends with each other even though the deal is already closed. On the closing day, I literally said to her: "Please keep staying in the business so we'll have you when we buy our next home."
