Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

It is important to sit down with an agent and lender to go over strategies and what is going on with the market in your area

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

The market speaks. Listen to an experienced agent of what the market is saying about your home. Remember we all love our home but we must position correctly in what is happening in the market

I have worked with all types of clients. First time home buyers, 55 plus communities, investors ,tenants and businesses. Retirees.

I started in real estate back in 2003. I really believe home is our safe place and I wanted to be a part of all that. Helping clients build memories and generational wealth is my happy place.

Rob was so helpful from day one and he made our first home-buying experience a success! He is very knowledgeable about the OC area and provides honest and helpful feedback/advice. Rob pays close attention to details and quickly understands what his clients are looking for in a home. We believe Rob was our ace during the competitive bidding process and we were able to win the house of our dreams. Also, Rob has a large network of agents, lenders, vendors, and contractors if you need anyone else during the home-buying process. We loved working with him and recommend him to anyone looking to have a stress-free and fun time house hunting. Thank you, Rob!

Rob went above and beyond with our house hunting process. We had a crunched timeline and he made it happen. He was mindful about our must haves and at the same time being realistic to market situation. He has many connections and knows his way around, which helped us close our first home. We cant thank him enough!

Rob is best in south OC. We had made up to five or six offers with another realtor with no luck. The FIRST offer we extended with Rob, we closed on the house in less than a month. Rob makes himself available to his clients, is incredibly knowledgeable about the south OC area, and provides great tips and tricks on how to land your dream home. When he first met my family and I, he handed us literature on who he was, the houses we were viewing that day, and a goodie bag with hand sanitizer, bottled water, gloves and face masks! Talk about being prepared!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rob. He came in to our particular situation mid stream, hit the ground running, and never missed a beat. He held our hand and guided our inexperienced-ness every step of the way. He answered every question immediately, whether we asked him verbally, by text, or by email. He even answered the questions we didn't even know to ask. He does not hesitate when providing solutions which is further evidence of his in-depth knowledge as well as vast experience The team rob works with is just as professional and trustworthy; this complete package provided us with total peace of mind. Besides all of his professionalism, Rob is purely fun to work with! He handled all the serious stuff so we could actually have the time to look up, sigh, and relax knowing everything was being taken care of. His upbeat attitude toward difficult tasks makes him a joy to work with. I would not hesitate to ask for Rob's help should I ever need real estate transaction advice again.

With Rob's friendly smile, and warm outgoing fun personality, he helped my hubs and I with finding our new forever home in an extremely short time, which really amazed us. As a realtor, Rob is very upfront and honest with his helpful opinions, and is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market. He makes you feel at ease all the time, and no questions are ever gone unanswered with him. He never leaves you hanging, he's always available to help in any way he can. We also needed to sell our other home as well. Rob was a BIG help in listening to our needs and goals. He went the extra mile at working hard all the way to the end, to make the whole process run smooth and sound. Rob took the stressful reins from us to help us prep our home to sell it. He did much of the leg work and hiring of the needed contractors to make our home look great to sell. He then put it up for sale, and it sold quickly. He is without a doubt the best, and we would definitely recommend him to others. Way to go ROB!

Rob has been my neighbor for a while now and when the time came for me to move it only made sense to go to him for help. Rob exceeded all expectations me and my wife had and showed us what a great asset a good agent can be. We would 100% recommend Rob to anyone and we will be going back to him in the future!!

Rob was recommended by a friend, but I still did my due diligence and interviewed several agents. Choosing Rob was definitely the right decision. He is very knowledgeable in this market, and he knew exactly how to market our home, and it sold in 3 days, at the price we wanted. He negotiated several offers, finding us the right buyer and securing us a rent back allowing us the time needed for our next move. (And this was during the COVID-19 crisis, when so many sales did not go through). Rob is knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with. We have bought and sold several homes, and this was by far the easiest and smoothest transaction we've experienced.

My wife and I used Rob Brandon to purchase our 5-bedroom home in Huntington Beach and he was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on their local knowledge, responsiveness, negotiating skills and their ability to partner to truly understand the needs of their clients. When we initially met Rob, he spent a long time answering all our questions, provided objective data regarding how many homes he closed, and provided tons of information about the local market, so our expectations were appropriately aligned with our budget. Every time we viewed a new property, Rob would perform his own methodical inspection of the property, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finishes, appliances, etc. The property we liked had been taken off the market so the sellers could make updates. Rob was able to convince the sellers to allow us to see the property anyway and we had a private tour. Rob was able to have the sellers agree to make updates according to our liking and led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get the price we were comfortable with. In the end, we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it! Rob's knowledge and hard work really paid off. I recently worked with Rob again to purchase an investment property in Huntington Beach and will use him again on our next real estate transaction. He's great!

Working with two agents at the same time (selling and buying) to do a simultaneous close, Rob was the agent we worked with to buy our current house. He did an amazing job with our seller, as our close took a little too long. He literally talked them down from canceling the whole deal and also from trying to charge us delay fees. He was calm, cool and collected. He is a good agent and able to handle pressure from sellers and buyers. For our case, he worked well with our other agent too! We highly recommend!!

Excellent Service, Helped us negotiate through a quick sale and quick buy, and handle all bumps in the road along the way.. We sold our townhome with a short Escrow, and rent back to a fussy cash buyer, and bought a house from a flipper who new the market conditions put him in the power seat.
