A genuine professional with "old school" values, he stayed with me during the most tumultuous time for the real estate market in recent years. Under normal circumstances, the property I had to sell would have been an easy one, but given the market and that interest rates started to climb literally hours after I listed my property, he could have walked away but didn't. More to the point, he picked up practically every time I called him, but if he was unable to, he always returned my calls and answered my questions (and there were many!).
