My experience with Robert was of a man who went above and beyond the call of duty for me. A genuine professional with "old school" values, he stayed with me during the most tumultuous time for the real estate market in recent years. Under normal circumstances, the property I had to sell would have been an easy one, but given the market and that interest rates started to climb literally hours after I listed my property, he could have walked away but didn't. More to the point, he picked up practically every time I called him, but if he was unable to, he always returned my calls and answered my questions (and there were many!). I am the kind of personality that could try the patience of a saint, but Robert never displayed annoyance with me even when he could. If you have a property to sell, you are in EXCELLENT hands with him, because he will come to the table with ideas, offer his perspective and will look you in the eye and tell you the truth. He comes with the benefit of many years experience in this industry, which is forever changing. He is patient, smart, honest, personable and helpful. It is no surprise at all that he is successful. Do yourself a favor and let him help you...you will not regret it.

Working with Robert on the recent house sale was a great experience. He is the consummate professional and an expert in his field. Robert updated us every step of the way and it made for an overall positive experience. We highly recommend Robert Bianco!

Robert was just perfect, when our tenants had left the house in disarray, Robert explained exactly what to fix to make the house desirable to potential buyers. My house sold very quickly and for a great price. He negotiated for us so we got the max price. We had no issues. If we had a question Robert called you back very quickly with an answer. I highly recommend Robert if you are looking for an honest realtor who is truly there for his clients!

Robert went above and beyond what was expected. We gave him a difficult property with many obstacles to tackle from permits, flood insurance, violations and more. He worked tirelessly over the many months it took to get the property sold. Since I was living out of state, Robert visited the property to keep an eye on it for us and personally showed the property. If you need a knowledgeable agent that does his research, knows the market, and gives his all, Robert is your guy!

Robert handled both our deals with amazing proficiency. He was readily available to us at all stages of the process. His knowledge and expertise helped both deals to close despite any difficulties in the process. Highly recommend!
