Rob listened to what we wanted and needed in a home and came up with a tour to see the houses he thought would make the cut. The moment we walked into our home we knew that it was what we wanted, Rob was able to check off all of our "must haves" and more! He recommended the gentleman we used for our inspection and the attorney we used for closing, who were all exceptional. The entire process was easy, Rob maintained contact with us before, during, and after the purchase of our first home, he made sure any of our questions got answered and that the only thing we had to worry about was packing. Rob was an incredible resource for me and my family. We had a bit of a complex situation where we needed to relocate for my husbands job to Pennsylvania, yet before we could purchase a home up there we needed to sell our home in Delaware, all without living in a hotel between settlements.
