ZillowVERIFIEDEmily was patient, kind, and understanding. I was not easy to please because I had specifics about my home search that could not be found easily. In addition, I was one buyer who was not willing to go through today's bidding wars to secure a home. Emily stuck with me for at least 6 years until I found a home that had at least 90% of what I was looking for. I would recommend her anytime for your real estate searches and transactions.
ZillowVERIFIEDSo grateful for Emily and all she did to help me buy my first home. She is extremely knowledgeable and I truly trusted her guidance on everything. Because of her guidance and how hard she pushed for us, we got the house!!! I wish I could give a million stars! Thanks for everything Em!

ZillowVERIFIEDEmily is awesome!! She helped us sell and buy and made the entire process seamless. We had some bumps in the road selling our house, and she navigated through them effortlessly. When it came time to buy, she was actively searching for properties that met our needs, communicating with showings or offer deadlines, always on time to appointments and SUPER responsive. We really couldn't have asked for anything more! Highly recommend.
ZillowVERIFIEDEmily is by far the best! She is very responsive and always put her client's interests first. She is always available and absolutely killed it for us. She was able to get us our dream home! She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIEDEmily is A.W.E.S.O.M.E. I worked with her for my relocation to DE for my new job, and my experience was A+. She is very knowledgeable and was very communicative throughout the proces. I liked that she was very quick to relay our concerns during inspection and after closing to the seller. My husband and I are very grateful to have worked with her. Oh and did I forget to say she has the best smile? If you're looking for something in the Delaware area, please reach out to her. You'd thank me later:-)
