Like most parents, we were chasing the schools for our kids and Rike directed us the best areas and listings that met our needs (ones we knew and ones he quickly recognized). During a particular bidding war, he calmly advised us to 'let it go' as the bids escalated and included exemptions from a home inspection. When we reset and started looking at underappreciated properties, he kept the same rigor in his process and delivered on his advice and service. While all the extras are nice (brunches, Halloween mini-golf, etc.), it's the personal touch and deep expertise that makes the experience working with him a true pleasure.

I could not have hoped to work with a more networked, professional and attentive team. Rike was fully prepared to help me decide on a price based on area comps and my goals. They have buyers lined up. Rike and Jonathan have established a highly respected reputation in the Denver Metro Area, which means they can get things done quickly if need be. He and his partner, Jonathan, spent time showing us various neighborhoods and we eventually decided on the Cherry Creek Country Club. We contracted to build a home there and Rike wrote the offer to the builder. He was instrumental in securing a very nice home with many upgrades for a terrific price. Throughout the building process he very patiently answered all of our questions and kindly guided us to our closing in Aug., 2013. He went back to his office and provided a portfolio to me about my property, the valuation, and the valuations near me. As well, he also presented that this was a partnership, and here is the road map of what his firm would do to market the house and what they expected from us. He made it very clear that in order for him to do his job, we had to our job. This included cleaning up and clearing out clutter and other distractions that might put a buyer off.
