Because I have lived in the Denver metro area all of my life I have great knowledge about the area's neighborhoods. Selling the home was a long 2 year process, but Rike was always available and candidly discussed issues, concerns and possibilities. This professional broker listed and sold two homes for me this past year (2022). I made the improvements suggested to obtain the maximum possible sales price and the end desired results were achieved. One of the two homes had to be sold three times during the fall of 2022, as the first two buyers either got cold feet and/or had issues with qualifying for a mortgage.

Rike and his band of merry realty professionals guided us through the then treacherous housing market to get us into our current home. Like most parents, we were chasing the schools for our kids and Rike directed us the best areas and listings that met our needs (ones we knew and ones he quickly recognized). During a particular bidding war, he calmly advised us to 'let it go' as the bids escalated and included exemptions from a home inspection. When we reset and started looking at underappreciated properties, he kept the same rigor in his process and delivered on his advice and service. While all the extras are nice (brunches, Halloween mini-golf, etc.), it's the personal touch and deep expertise that makes the experience working with him a true pleasure.
