ZillowVERIFIEDNolan, would not take me to see the house I wanted to see without a pre approval. Which nearly costed me my home. I didnt want to confide that we might be doing a cash offer. Which shouldnt matter. I should be able to look at homes during any stage of the process. Nolan, also wouldnt respond to my questions for days at a time a multitude of times. I considered ending business with him multiple times, but I wouldnt have had the time to get another real estate agent involved without jeopardizing my chances of even making an offer on the home due to the time crunch (that wouldnt have existed if he let me see the home when I requested). What especially sets me off about the situation is that he wasnt exactly forthcoming about NOT confirming my appointment with the sellers. Ive worked with multiple realtors in my time, but Nolan is somehow the worst. Congratulations, Nolan.
