ZillowVERIFIEDI met Mr. Perry over 15 years ago. I quickly learned that he is a man of great integrity, family values, and passion for customers. After the establishment of what is now a life long friendship and partnership, because I'll never buy a home without his assistance, I've also learned that he's a man of enormous faith and he supports our Veterans without any compunction. It's not often that you find a person, a Realtor, of his statue that encompasses some many astounding qualities. This is not to say that he's perfect, but he really does rival his competition with ease. If this were an election he'd certainly have my vote.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery knowledgeable, kind, caring, and willing to go th extra mile to ensure superior customer satisfaction. I had the honor of working with him to purchase and sell my home with a GENEROUS profit. He & his wife Lisa set me up with the best program where I didnt have to put any money down and the interest rate was favorable. The best realtor in town!!! Highly recommended!!!

ZillowVERIFIEDIn addition to being a fellow veteran, a fellow American Legionnaire, he is a long time friend and meets or exceeds all of the above. He helped us to get the house ready for sale, and was able to recommend some technical assistance to finish up one area. When I was too busy to get the yard mowed, he had his own folks come in at no cost to us and mow the yard.
ZillowVERIFIEDMr. Perry was wonderful and helped me through the process of finding the perfect home to closing. From start to finish this was a pleasant experience and was very helpful as a first time home buyer.
ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely amazing! Found me the perfect home in record time, was able to walk me through the process flawlessly! Got me a great deal, and continued to follow up after the sale.
