He rolled up his sleeves to help me de-assemble a large, wall-mounted TV stand, even plugging in the drilled holes (he has great handyman skills) which was beyond my expectations during an already hectic process. Its rare to find someone who combines market knowledge and negotiation skills with such genuine kindness and hands-on support. Thanks to him, both the sale and purchase were seamless, and I always felt I had someone in my corner who cared as much as I did. I cant recommend Rick Grayson enough.
