Rick is a true pro and really considerate of our needs. My husband and I were (and still are) planning to sell our home. We spoke with a few agents, but Rick stood out because he really had an open mind about the process. We have a certain price we want when we sell, and Rick was honest with usaEUR"he said right now, it wouldnt be realistic to list at that price and expect to get it.
