Todd Jones Real Estate Team

We met Vivian at an open house in our building and since then I can truly say she is the only broker that we trust. We had a tricky situation selling our place, but Vivian was there every step of the way. We sold our place and we bought another with her! She's knowledgable and has a ton of experience, but she takes a lot of pride in her work, but I think that what separates Vivian from all the other brokers out there is that she truly cares. The market was slow, but she kept persisting and going outside of the box to find us potential buyers, and she showed up for us even when the chips were down. Thanks you, Vivian!

I highly recommend Todd Jones and his team from Rodeo Realty. I recently sold my house with Todd and his teams help. He is very open with his communication and helped facilitate multiple offers on my home. You cant go wrong with Todd and his team.

We had an excellent experience selling our home in Acton thanks to our amazing realtor Rachel. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and truly knew what she was doing. She guided us through every step of the process with confidence and ease, which was especially important since we were relocating from California to Idaho. Our home received an offer within just a few days of being listed, and the entire sale moved smoothly. She made what could have been a stressful long-distance process feel seamless and manageable. We are so grateful for her expertise, dedication, and professionalism, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Vivian Simonian was a pleasure to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. She was always on time and always answered her phone when I needed her. She made the entire process smooth and easy, and I really appreciated her straightforward communication and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

This was our second time working with Vivian, and it will definitely not be the last. She is by far the most knowledgable agent we have worked with and shows a dedication that is rarely seen in the real estate market. Vivian worked tirelessly to ensure we were always in the loop with the very smallest of details of our selling process, putting our anxieties and worries behind, for a very smooth escrow process. Because of her persistent work ethic, we are eager to work together very soon!
