He answer all my question even though at time I'm pretty sure I had to annoy him, he explain things that I didn't understand, was with me every step of the way. When I found the perfect house after closing there was a big problem with the heater I didn't know who else to call so I called rick and he came over to help on his day off (even though it was after closing and he didn't have to help me he did and the problem was fixed thanks to him) if I were to ever buy another house or sell my house I would definitely only go to Rick .

And I have to be honest... I did not understand any of the terms financial institions, mortgage companies as well as the real estate agents were talking about. Mr. Cummings had the infinite patience and knowledge on how to deal with first time buyers and uninformed cliets like me. He walked me through all the things that I needed to know and do. He even stayed late in the office to accomodate me due to my work schedule, 12 hour shifts. He explained all in details and never let me feel like I was dumb not knowing about it. I never felt pressured to like a house I do not like. In fact he was more meticulous and sensitive to our needs that he already knows what I would and would not want. He let me see multiple houses and gave me a lot of opportunity to choose the best house that will suit me and my family. My previous agents were less responsive to my needs as sometime I found them to be more about the amount of dollars than about helping me, less money meant less availability, and some did not have the expertise nor the drive to get you what you wanted and would pressure with their desperate sales pitch, nevertheless, I am glad when I tell you, that from a random phone call from Trulia is how I got Mr. Cunnings, I love Trulia also and something always connected me to that site. It's no surprise that I found Mr. Cunnings on that site. Mr. Cunnings was patient, a good listener, advisor, suggestor and my God did I forget to say "On time",...lol well you know what I meant, I needed all the help I can get, I was from out of town, didn't know the market well, and his proffesionalism, knowledge and connections really came together at the end.
