ZillowVERIFIEDRichard was very professional and great to work with, he gave me and my girlfriend the opportunity to rent a beautiful apartment in the Inglewood area. I feel very lucky to have met a real estate agent who is not only knowledgeable but helpful in getting our lease approved by our move in date. Thank you Richard !

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had an amazing experience working with Adrienne as my real estate agent. Throughout the entire process, she provided exceptional service and knowledge of local real estates. Having worked with other real estate agents in the past, I can confidently say that Adrienne is on a whole other level. I met Adrienne by random chance when she was assigned to me after I called a house listing I was interested in on Trulia. During this time, I had already had a different real estate agent in mind; one that a friend had recommended to me that I had not contacted yet. I figured I would take a look at the house and see if I am interested in the property first. Despite not even being my real estate agent at the time, Adrienne still went out of her way to help me answer questions and gave me useful advice. That first house ultimately ended up being the property I purchased and the credit of that feat really goes to Adrienne. Buying a home is something that is stressful for every individual going through it. You really want someone who you know has your back and I believe Adrienne is someone who really had my best interest. At no point did I ever feel like I was rushed or pressured despite going with a very aggressive escrow at 21 days. Other real estate agents I have worked with in the past, you can just tell that they wanted to close the deal as quickly as possible. During negotiations, I didn?t feel like I needed to hide what my true maximum was from my real estate agent. I was upfront and honest with Adrienne what I was willing to pay for the property. She took it upon herself to negotiate a much better deal than the maximum amount I could do. In doing so, she saved me thousands. Overall, I could not be happier with the service Adrienne and the entire Schulman Team provided during my home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard and Tracey helped us sell our home in Glendale. Richard is an old friend having helped us buy our dream home 10 years back. So when it was time for us to sell the home, it only made sense for us to get his help again. He priced the home competitively and though we had to drop the price a couple of times due to the bad market and crazy interest rates, at the end everything worked out. A special shout out goes to Tracey for doing endless open houses and showing the home to mutiple interested parties. Adrienne and Tracey also staged the house perfectly and captured beautiful pictures for the listing. Richard was always available by phone to answer any questions and Tracey helped us close the sale seamlessly after we had moved cross country. Thank you Richard and Tracey for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive been working with Richard and his team since we bought our first house in 2015. Not shortly after that, we stayed in communication about potentially purchasing some investment properties. I should have listened to his advice then, I would be much better off now! We never pulled the trigger on the investment properties, but fast forward a few years and we started looking for a bigger house for our growing family. Over the course of several years, we worked with Richard and his team to view and make offers on dozens of properties in a crazy market. He is always honest about a property and what he thinks, and always looks out for his clients best interest. His motto isnt one quick sale and move on; he wants to build life-long relationships with his clients and he knows that the only way to do that is to be honest and not pushy and to have his clients best interests in mind. I highly recommend working with the Schulman team.

ZillowVERIFIED Great experience working with Tracey Kardash on the Richard Shulman team. As first time home buyers we were really intimidated by the process, but she was very patience, informative, and had our best interests at heart. We appreciated that she put our goals/needs first and never to pushed us to buy something she didnt feel was right for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Scott Yeilding from The Richard Schulman Team was our agent for both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new house. My wife and I were stressed about finding a house we would be happy with in the competitive LA market and unsure of how to navigate selling/buying at the same time without ending up with two homes or no home. Enter Scott. From our very first meeting he put our minds at ease with his honesty and expertise, was respectful of our timeline, showed patience and gave encouragement. He spearheaded a successful strategy to achieve our goals of maximizing the sale price of our condo with a simultaneous purchase of a house we are in love with and a seamless move-in transition. While my wife and I are thrilled to be in our new home and look forward to many happy years here, we also look forward to the next opportunity to work with Scott knowing our investment will be in the best of hands.

ZillowVERIFIED As first-time buyers, my husband and I are thankful to have found Talya Gumpel. After having no luck with two other realtors, she was the perfect ally to navigate LAs competitive market. Talya went above and beyond to truly understand what we valued in our starter home and sent us fantastic handpicked property recommendations. Throughout the process, we felt she had our best interest at all times and was available to answer our questions and provide expert guidance. I wholeheartedly recommend Talya and the Richard Schulman Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They are professional, dedicated, and truly a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED My partner and I just bought our first home with Talya Gumpel from the Richard Schulman team, and we could not be happier. We initially were just going to open houses and making appointments on our own. After finding a property that we really wanted to see, we reached out to a few buyer?s agents to try to schedule a showing. While other agents hesitated to follow up with an elusive seller?s agent, Talya hopped on an initial call with us on the same day and got us an appointment within the week. We were immediately impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness. We then went to see 3-4 properties with her, she helped us put in 2 offers, and one was accepted. As first-time homebuyers, we were anxious and hesitant at various points in the process, but Talya was patient with us and talked us through our questions and concerns at every turn. We were able to do multiple inspections of the property we ended up buying and negotiated for repair credits, which are both exceedingly rare in the LA market. At move in, she even got us some pool floaties as a house warming gift. Now, nearly a month and half after we closed, she is still helping us coordinate with the sellers to transition everything (appliances, security systems) over. We?d recommend her to anyone in LA trying to purchase a home, especially first timers who may need someone who?s not judgmental and patient for guidance.

ZillowVERIFIED The Richard Schulman Team is absolutely amazing! This team, specifically Tracey Kardash, went above and beyond. It can be a tedious process looking for houses, especially in this market when there are plenty of other offers. Tracey made sure to keep our spirits up, present us with the facts and update us at every turn! Our texts always got a response and our questions never went unanswered. She was invested in making sure we found the right home, not just any home. I knew she was doing a lot of work behind the scenes but I didnt truly know how much until we closed. The listing agent came up to me and said you wouldnt have gotten this house without her persistence. This was not an easy sale/easy close. She could have taken the easy way out and just sat back. She didnt! And because of her persistence and awesome attitude, my family is now living in our dream home! She is incredible and treats her clients like family! I cannot say enough great things about her!

ZillowVERIFIED This year I met my real estate agent Talya Gumpel at Richard Schulman - Keller Williams Realty who helped me purchase my first home in Los Angeles, CA. Her and the team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect condo in West LA. I wanted a place that met all my requirements including location, central AC, washer/dryer in unit, a modern touch, etc and Talya did just that. She knew the right people to put me in contact with for my mortgage loan and helped me throughout the tedious process... making sure it was organized and as seamless as possible. She was there throughout all the meltdowns and gave the best advice on more than what was required of her. She is truly one a kind and knows not only the market, but loads of information on the details of purchasing plus renovations. I cant thank Richard Schulman Realty enough for making this dream of mine at twenty-six come true. Five stars and highly recommended to anyone looking to buy/rent a property in the greater LA area!

ZillowVERIFIED Richard and his team is the best in the Santa Monica area. He helped us bought our 1st home in Santa Monica back in 2012. It was a foreclosure property at that time and he was able to help us negotiate with the bank and also found contractors to quickly remodel the property. We got a good deal and the market bounced back quickly. His team also help us and a few of our friends lease and manage our properties after we moved to other areas. Last June, Richard helped us sold the property and we were happy about the offer and the time it took to sell. During the process of buying, leasing, and selling, Richard and his team are always very responsive, he can always get good quotes on cleaning, repair, staging with his connections in the area. We dont need to spend time communicating with other contractors because his team took care of all those tedious things for us. We asked a lot of questions at the time we were purchasing our first home because that was our first purchase and we know nothing about the process since we are immigrants. Richard was able to answer all our questions and actually be like a real estate trainer to teach us all the details. I also google answers online just because I liked to make sure nothing was wrong and it turned out all Richards responses are professional and all correct. So later on, we start to build a strong trusting relationship with him and just let him handle everything and also recommended him to our close friends. So the conclusion of this long review is: if you have questions, just ask and Richard can definitely help. But if you are too lazy, just lay down and let them handle everything! The review was kind of late, but it comes to the tax season and we start to do tax and then remind us of you. :)

ZillowVERIFIED I wanted to let people know what a great experience I had working with The Richard Schulman team (and more specifically Mona our agent) The process of selling our house was so seem-less and honestly painless. Mona and her team really held our hand the whole way. Right from the beginning meeting her we felt we were in great hands. The pictures of our house came out great and really showcased all the great features. On the first day we ended up getting 3 full price offers, and 2 were well over asking which was incredible. After some negotiating and some great strategy we sold out house for $150,000 over our asking. Which was just incredible. I couldn?t believe Mona was able to get us such an amazing offer (and SO QUICKLY) What I really liked was that I could easily get in touch with other Mona and if she was busy she would immediately text me to let me know when she would call me back. Mona was tremendously knowledgable about the market and how to negotiate appropriately so as to get us the most money possible. They far exceeded our expectations of what we thought an agent should be. They are truly working with the best brokers/agents and I would for sure use them again. Highly recommend!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Richards team guided us through this quite stressful process as first time home buyers. Manjeet Bhasin was our primary contact. Manjeet was tireless in showing us different parts of LA, all sorts and types of homes as we were learning about the different neighborhoods and our own needs, likes and dislikes. After better understanding ourselves, we ended up focusing on Burbank and on houses as opposed to apartments in LA. Manjeet was able to help there as well, always guiding us and always helping us make the right decision. We ended up with our dream home thanks to her support, responsiveness and her ability to negotiate. Manjeet and us also got some extra help every once in a while from Richard which was also extremely valuable. Its great to have an entire team on your side in this competitive market!

ZillowVERIFIED I wish there were ten stars as I couldnt have been more pleased in working with Amy Johns of Richard Schulmans team in selling my condo. Ive spent many professional years in another end of the real estate business so was very selective and critical when it came to vetting and choosing an agent. Everything Amy told me could be accomplished was. She is a great listener, very active in pursuing leads, makes things happen quickly and efficiently, partners with you through every step and beyond. My condo was listed and in escrow within 5 days of going live on the MLS with multiple offers above asking. There is no doubt it is a great sellers market but her positively, encouragement and hard work is what got the results I was looking for and more.

ZillowVERIFIED I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, the knowledge, and the willingness of Aaron Gelb to do whatever it took to ensure that my experience with selling my home was as easy as possible. When I first saw an IDEAL Agent advertisement on TV, my first reason for contacting them was because they have very reasonable commission fees. But, in every other aspect, they are considered anything but a discount broker. From the first call to The Richard Schulman Team and when Mr. Gelb came to my home, I decided to not search for another firm. I felt that Aaron would be the type of person who would do his absolute best to ensure I received the best possible price for my home. He was honest with things I should do to ensure I received the most interest from prospective buyers. I followed his suggestions, and as a result my place sold within 5 days and $91,000 over asking price. Of course, not everyone will receive such a result, but you will be guaranteed to receive he best service possible from an agent. Thank you Aaron Gelb!

When he connected me with Amy it really did change everything. She was great in providing detailed overviews, feedback and recommendations while house hunting, and eventually was the main reason why I was able to get an offer accepted for the ideal home through her communication and negotiation strategies. ZillowVERIFIED As first time buyers, in the highly competitive market of Los Angeles, my wife and I had many questions and were extremely nervous throughout the home buying process. Luckily, we were put in touch with Mike Lease of the Richard Schulman Team. Our first home purchase was also unique in that it was a multi-unit home of which we had rented for a number of years and the sellers were trying to bypass a lot of systems to better their position, which wouldve ultimately cost us more a lot more money than we expected and could ultimately afford. Thanks to Mike, we were able to save that money. In addition to his acute insight of the real estate market, he also made himself very available to answer our endless amount of questions and concerns, in a manner that was calm, confident and trustworthy. As we entered the inspection process Mike was very acquainted with all the reports that came back and guided us through the priorities and tactics in asking for deductions. The organization of his team was perfect, from recalling a certain document very quickly or packaging all documents (closing, inspections, purchase, escrow, disclosures) together after the home purchase was complete. I will work with Mike Lease and his team on every future home purchase I am able to, and on top of his knowledge, I find him to be a genuinely good person!
