ZillowVERIFIED Rich deserves 10 Stars!! After our first conversation, I knew Rich was a great fit for our new home search and was a Godsent. Living in Philadelphia our entire life, we decided to make the move to the New Jersey coastline, but only had one area in mind. In this competitive market, homes are selling faster than they are listed. Rich was on top of it the entire time. His knowledge of the market and townships helped us expand our search for the perfect home. His constant communication and availability to get us into a showing on the newest listing helped us find our new forever home! Buying or selling a home can be very stressful, Rich and his team let us know what to expect during the entire home buying process and helped ease the concerns we had along the way. I highly recommend Rich for any of your Real Estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard was extremely helpful and crucial to making sure this transaction was completed. The Seller presented challenges but Richard was able to overcome each in turn to make sure we closed in a timely manner. In particular, the knowledge of the local marketplace enabled our bid to beat out two others in getting the contract, followed by understanding the problems the other agent was having with the seller allowed us to appropriately tailor our response to stay on track to close a timely sale. I would very much recommend Richard to anyone looking to buy real estate in South Jersey and the shore.

ZillowVERIFIED I am an investor and have dealt with 100s of different agents and I must say Richard was easily the best Ive worked with. Ive purchased properties through Rich and had him sell a few for me. He is professional, very knowledgeable in the markets he handles and knows his inventory. Whenever I had a question, if he didnt know the answer right away, he always got back to me promptly so I wouldnt risk losing a deal I was interested in pursuing. I want to thank Rich for always being a consummate professional and assisting me in making money in every deal weve done together which I believe is 6 so far. I am happy to highly recommend him as your next agent.

ZillowVERIFIED From day one Rich was very patient with us. He contacted me when our house listing came off the MLS and inquired about why the house didnt sell. I told him we arent ready and wont be till spring. He completely understood and contacted me again just before spring. He was very professional and knew all the things our previous realtor lacked the experience in. He never tried to push any house or property on to us that wasnt what we were looking for. He was very patient with us while we waited to find a house to buy before putting ours back in the market (most realtors push to list your current home while looking). I highly recommend Rich. He is very responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. Between him and his assistant they kept us on track for the selling of our home and buying our new home on the same day.

ZillowVERIFIED Rich was simply fantastic! I am a long distance investor. I'm in California and was looking for a property in the South New Jersey area. It is always a little scary working with people you've never met in-person. Rich was great at connecting and understanding my desires and concerns though. I picked out about a dozen properties that looked good on my spreadsheet. Rich was great at assessing those properties and advising me on which ones we should pursue. He gave me "local knowledge" I would have had a REALLY hard time figuring out for myself. For example, some properties in Atlantic City are in flood zones and will be assessed extra insurance if they are not properly constructed. He was also very good at handling this whole strange COVID thing. He reassured me what was still a good buy. He also was able to pivot at the last minute when the mortgage broker I picked fell through. Overall, I completely endorse Rich. I plan on using him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Whenever we had a question, we had an immediate response. We are currently in the process of buying another home, out of the state. Rich reached out to us to ask if we needed help finding a realtor. He wanted to make sure we were taken care of. His concern is very much appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard and Danielle what can you say about them but they are the best at what they do. We had a few unique problems when selling our house, none of which was their fault, they worked tirelessly to help solve these problems ,which they did, and while I was trying to help figure out these problems I had to sign an addendum for a credit to the buyer and forget about a previous addendum, but not Richard he was always looking out for our best interest and immediately cancelled the previous addendum he saved me $5000.00. When it comes time to sell m moms home they will be the first ones I will call. They are the best
