Rich deserves 10 Stars!! After our first conversation, I knew Rich was a great fit for our new home search and was a Godsent. Living in Philadelphia our entire life, we decided to make the move to the New Jersey coastline, but only had one area in mind. In this competitive market, homes are selling faster than they are listed. Rich was on top of it the entire time. His knowledge of the market and townships helped us expand our search for the perfect home. His constant communication and availability to get us into a showing on the newest listing helped us find our new forever home! Buying or selling a home can be very stressful, Rich and his team let us know what to expect during the entire home buying process and helped ease the concerns we had along the way. Richard was extremely helpful and crucial to making sure this transaction was completed. The Seller presented challenges but Richard was able to overcome each in turn to make sure we closed in a timely manner. In particular, the knowledge of the local marketplace enabled our bid to beat out two others in getting the contract, followed by understanding the problems the other agent was having with the seller allowed us to appropriately tailor our response to stay on track to close a timely sale. Can't say enough good things. Prompt, courteous, and responsive even while on vacation! Haven't closed yet, still going thru process but will update if any issues. I don't see that happening though. Would absolutely recommend.
