RICHARD IVAN

Richard Ivan is a Sarasota REALTORA(R) with Wagner Realty who works both sides of the local market. He helps buyers, sellers and investors with condos and waterfront homes from downtown Sarasota to Longboat Key, Lido Key and Siesta Key, and with his mother, Patrice Ivan, he manages more than 70 rental homes as The Ivan Team at Wagner Realty. That leasing work keeps him close to what homes rent for and what owners spend to keep a property in shape, and he brings those numbers to every purchase and listing conversation.
