Wagner Realty

Emily was outstanding very easy to work with definitely suggest Wagner Realty and the excellent staff

She goes out of her way to help. She would bring papers to sign to my house so I would not have to go anywhere. Very helpful in all aspects of our condo sale and closing. Easy to talk to and very professional. Could not ask for a better real estate agent. If I have to sell or buy any real estate I know who I will be calling!!!

Words cant describe how grateful we were to have Hannah navigating, fighting, and giving us her full attention throughout this irritable real estate environment. We were picky, needy, and even unreasonable at times; but her positive and determined attitude never wavered. In the end, we made multiple over-ask offers throughout long months working with her and finally found one that just fit. Through all the trials and tribulations, I wouldnt change choosing Hannah, as we ended up with a property we proudly call home. None of that would have been possible with anyone else as they would have never taken our situation as personally as Hannah did. Although we have no interest in moving anytime soon, we cant wait to buy another home with Hannah!

Working with Hannah was such a great experience. She is extremely knowledgeable about market trends and the Manatee/Sarasota area. She got our house under contract within 3 weeks and with multiple offers. She was always responsive and communicated throughout the sales process. Whether youre buying or selling I would highly recommend using Hannah.

Emily Valdes was such an amazing help while we used Wagner Realty. She was outstanding while my brother and I were pending on our house, all the way through closing. She took the time to be there for all of our inspections, and whenever we wanted to see the house she was available. She was willing to reach out to whoever she needed to, to answer any questions we mightve had about the property as well. Recommend her very much to anyone looking for someone with Wagner Realty!
