About Richard Gowen

Richard has been a long time resident of the Plymouth NH area. After college he traveled and lived several places but found himself back in the beautiful White Mountains enjoying all that the area has to offer. After spending 30 years of owning a heavy construction business it was time for a change. The knowledge acquired from the construction industry gives him great insight into the practices of new construction but also those that were used in existing sites. I had to sell my brother's house after he passed away, and from 1000 miles away. Not only did Richard conduct the sale professionally, but he went above and beyond. He would stop by and check the house regularly, and if/when there was an issue, he knew how to handle it. I would engage him again with no hesitation whatsoever.
